Handcrafted Ice Cream🍦

Made in small batches with real cream and local ingredients.

Vanilla

Velvet Vanilla…(our 1942 original!) The perfect blank canvas for toppings or enjoyed solo.

A chocoholic’s dream since the jukebox era.

Bursting with flavor, it’s like summer in every scoop

Michigan’s mysterious (and brightest blue) classic! A fruity, citrusy whirl that’ll make you say, ‘What is this magic?!’

Toasted pecans, brown sugar cream, and a hint of nostalgia. So good, Smokey Robinson crooned about it.

Tropical sunshine meets creamy delight. Tangy citrus + sweet pineapple = vacation in a cone.

Bold Michigan-roasted coffee, silky caramel, and a pinch of sea salt—your morning cup’s decadent cousin

Velvety, deep, jammy raspberry. A porch-swing-on-a-summer-night kind of flavor.

Juicy Michigan cherries folded into sweet cream. Bold, fruity, and downright addictive.

Zesty, sunny, and extra creamy like Grandma’s lemon meringue pie in ice cream form.

Earthy, buttery, and packed with crunchy walnuts. A vintage flavor that never goes out of style.

Cool, creamy peppermint studded with dark chocolate chunks. Fresh as a Baldwin breeze

A tribute to the island’s famous fudge! Chocolate ice cream loaded with thick fudge ribbons—pure Up North bliss.

Waffle Cones & Waffle Bowls🧇

Baked in-house daily; crispy, buttery, and rich with flavor… A must try!

Pulled Pork Sandwiches🍖

A savory twist! Our flavorful pork is slow-cooked and hand-pulled, served on a hearty bun—available Daily. Staff Favorite 😋

From sweet to savory, we make it the old-fashioned way—because homemade tastes better.

The Record-Breaking Banana Split (1989)

For Baldwin’s sesquicentennial, Jones built a 6-foot banana split using 42 scoops (one for each year in business).

It fed 150 people and earned a write-up in the Ludington Daily News.
